Lemis AI is a customer service and commerce messaging platform that helps businesses manage customer communications through supported channels, including Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, together with authorized commerce integrations.

Information We Process

When a business connects supported Meta services, Lemis AI may process business account information, Facebook Page identifiers, Instagram professional account identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone number identifiers, and information needed to identify the connected accounts.

To provide customer-service functionality, we may process customer names or profile information made available by the connected service, platform-specific customer identifiers, message content, attachments, conversation history, timestamps and message delivery information. Where supported and enabled, this may also include comments and related interactions.

Lemis AI may process connected Shopify information, including customer details, orders, fulfillment information and checkout-related data, where the business has authorized that integration.
